Why are map locations not showing up when I search for them?

Map locations will only be enabled in the country you have selected as your 'home country' and any countries you have selected as those you are visiting. For example, if you are from the UK and are visiting Singapore with a short layover in the UAE, you will need to have selected the UK as your 'home country' and selected both Singapore and UAE as destinations you are visiting.

You can add your home country and further countries to your itinerary by following the steps below.

1) Go into your 'Account Settings' and select your home 'Country'.

2) Go into your 'Trip Settings' (the cog icon in the top right). Select 'Destination', and then search for, and select, the additional countries you are visiting.
